Fitted with an industrial design inspired by Stamford’s historic Yale & Towne Manufacturing Company, The Towne Parlor is a neighborhood spot serving Wood-Fired Pizzas & Shareable Appetizers prepared in an Italian wood-burning oven. Dubbed Neo-Neapolitan, our pies take their basic inspiration and baking process from the authentic Neapolitan pizza but push the flavors and ingredients into new and exciting directions that are outside of the strict Neapolitan tradition. Partnered with an extensive Bar Program focusing on Connecticut Craft Beers, innovative cocktails, and a well-paired wine list, The Towne Parlor a perfect gathering post for a night out with friends, family, or co-workers.
